Those experimental rockers are at it again with their 2008 release Offend Maggie. If you were into their previous LP Friend Opportunity then you will not be disappointed.  Maggie starts where FO left off. In fact, Maggie is FO +82 (ahem, little joke for deerhoof fans). I've been playing this album nonstop over the past few weeks and am having serious trouble not playing it at least once a day during a given work week on my way to my day-job. It's Satomi's mystical and mousey voice contrasted with the viciously infectious guitar riffs of new member, Edward Rodriguez,  and the pounding drums that make this album both memorable and so damn playable.
